THE BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment

The booking is confirmed when the customer has paid the advance deposit (25% of the total price) by the due date. The final instalment will be due approximately four (4) weeks before the beginning of the holiday.

If the booking is made later than four weeks prior to the beginning of the holiday, the whole payment must be made at the same time.

Cancellation

We wish to be notified of any cancellation as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation, we withhold the advance deposit (25%). If the cancellation is made later than 28 days before the beginning of the holiday, you are expected to pay the rent in full.

If the cancellation is caused by a sudden illness etc. (medical certificate required), the rent will be returned except for the advance deposit.

If the cancellation is made during the holiday, the rent will not be returned to the customer.

We have the right to cancel the reservation in a force majeure situation. The full rent will then be returned to the customer.

The Use of the Cottage

The customer has the use of the cottage from the day of arrival at 4 pm to the day of departure at 12 am. When renting only for a weekend, the customer has the use of the cottage from Friday night until Sunday night.

The rent includes the cottage with all the equipment (dishes, electricity, firewood, boat, washing and cleaning detergents, mattresses, covers and pillows) and taxes. The rent does not include towels, sheets or pillowcases or cleaning. You can rent sheets or towels from the owner.

It is the guests’ responsibility to leave the cottage and property in the same clean and tidy condition they found it. If the cottage has not been properly cleaned after the stay, we will charge the customer.

The number of people using the cottage must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated in the description or the number of guests agreed on during booking. Using a tent or a caravan at the holiday site without the owner’s permission is not allowed. No smoking is allowed indoors.

Pets are not allowed to the cottage Yellow Anemone.

Damages

The customer is responsible for paying for any damage that has been caused to the property.
